SHIPPING & TIMELINES
Due to COVID-19 regulations and policies, we have a no return and only exchange policy on account of a size change for all our products.
If there is any special case where you believe that you have received a damaged product or received the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com along with the picture of the product and your order number and we will get back to you within 3- 5 working days.
In case of an exchange, all products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable) and couriered to our Gurgaon address. Only upon receiving the original item will the exchange be initiated. If we are unable to exchange the item because of the product or size being out of stock, you will receive a store credit which can be used for any future purchases at www.mamasboo.com.
No used products will be exchanged. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged peice, then the exchange is not guaranteed.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24hrs of placing your order, after which the order cannot be cancelled.
There will be no cash refund for COD orders and there will be no refund of shipping charges.
We dispatch our products within 2 to 5 days from the order date from Monday to Friday (excluding Indian public holidays) and it takes another 1 to 15 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.
You can return your products if
- The size received does not fit you
- You are not happy with the quality of the product
- You have received an incomplete or wrong order
- The product is defective
In case of a return, you may choose the same item in a different size / colour / fabric or any other item of the same value or more. Your exchange will be confirmed depending on stock availability. You may have to pay a price differential if the item selected for the exchange is more expensive. We will send the product(s) only after receiving the payment.
We offer refunds only if the item has a manufacturing defect or if the exchange is not possible due to a stock unavailability.
To be eligible for a replacement/return:
- You must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the product(s)
- The item must be returned along with the original packaging.
- The labels / tags must be intact.
- Your item must be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
Please note that exchanges/returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame
- There shall be no refund on discounted product(s)
- Return items belong in the NON-Returnable category
Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you to tell you the procedure to follow.
Once our team shall contact you regarding your replacement/return request, we will arrange for a pickup of the product through our courier partner
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address
After pick-up and receiving the product, Mamas Boo Quality check team will check the product for the following conditions:
|Correct Product||Fabric/ Colour of the Product/ Design/ Brand/ Size should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.|
|Complete Product||Any extra accessory provided along with the product or freebies and combos (if any) should be present.|
|Unused Product||The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).|
|Undamaged Product||The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.|
|Undamaged Packaging||Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.|
|Invoice||Original Invoice (if attached) must be present with the product.|
The MAMAS BOO QC team will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions is not met. For any product for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller and verified by the MAMAS BOO QC team.
On receipt of the product in its original condition, we will proceed to the exchange or refund the full amount (excluding shipping charges) back to your account within 10 to 20 working days.
